Yes, every product at Sahyansh is authentically hand block printed by skilled artisans in Jaipur, Rajasthan. We use traditional carved wooden blocks and natural dyes — no machine printing. Each piece is unique and may have slight variations which are a mark of genuine handcraft.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Due to the nature of our products — large handcrafted quilts, bedsheets and dohars — volumetric shipping costs make COD unavailable. We accept all major UPI payments, credit/debit cards and net banking for secure and hassle-free checkout.

How long does delivery take across India?

We deliver across India within 5–7 business days. All orders are carefully packed to protect the hand block print fabric during transit. You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

How do I wash hand block printed fabric?

Machine wash cold with a mild detergent on a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach and do not tumble dry. Dry in shade to preserve the block print colours. First wash separately as slight colour bleeding is normal for natural dyes.

How do I take care to ensure the colours don't fade?

Natural dye colours may soften slightly after the first few washes — this is normal and part of the charm of authentic hand block printing. To keep the colours vibrant for longer, always wash in cold water, use a mild detergent, avoid bleach completely, and dry in shade away from direct sunlight. Turning the fabric inside out before washing also helps preserve the print.

What sizes are available for bedsheets?

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Are the pillow covers included with the bedsheet?

Yes, all our bedsheets come with matching pillow covers. Double and King size bedsheets include 2 pillow covers. Dimensions are mentioned in each product listing.

What is the difference between a Dohar and a Quilt?

A Dohar is a lightweight double layered cotton blanket perfect for summers. A Quilt (razai) is thicker and warmer with cotton filling — ideal for winters. Both are hand block printed and crafted by Jaipur artisans at Sahyansh.

Do you ship outside India?

Currently we ship only within India with free shipping on all orders. For international shipping enquiries please contact us directly via WhatsApp or email and we will try our best to assist you.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking ID via email. You can also track your order directly on our website using the Track Order option in the footer.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number via WhatsApp or email at houseofsahyansh@gmail.com. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns. All products are made with utmost care and quality. Returns are only accepted in case of damage in transit or defective product received. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
