Return Policy

1. Return Window

We offer a 3-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 3 days of the delivery date.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned with its original packaging and tags intact. Items without original tags or packaging will not be accepted.
• Customized or made-to-order products (e.g., custom sizes, fitted sheets) are not eligible for return.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

Unboxing video is non-negotiable for all claims. A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any return or damage/defect claim. The video must start before the package is opened, clearly showing the shipping label with order details. The video must continue without any cuts or edits through the full unboxing process. Claims for damaged, defective, or stained/spotted products will only be accepted with valid unboxing video proof. Claims without this video cannot be processed under any circumstances.

4. Quality Check & Approval

• All returned products are subject to a quality check by our team upon receipt.
• Refunds are subject to approval following this quality check.
• If the returned product does not meet eligibility conditions (signs of use, washing, or missing packaging/tags), the return may be rejected and the product shipped back to the customer at their cost.

5. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us via WhatsApp/Email within 3 days of delivery with your order number and unboxing video.
2. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
3. Once approved, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our return address. We do not offer a reverse pickup service.
4. Upon receipt and quality check, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

6. Refunds — Standard Returns (Change of Mind, Size, etc.)

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of quality check approval.

Deductions from the refund amount:

• Nominal one-way shipping charges (per product returned):
  • Bedsheets and Dohars: ₹250 per product
  • Quilts and Bedcovers: ₹350 per product
• These deductions apply even though shipping was free at the time of purchase, since the cost was still incurred on our end.
• The customer also bears the cost of shipping the product back to us; this is not reimbursed.

Note: These deductions apply only to standard returns. Confirmed defective or damaged products are handled separately with zero deductions — see Section 7.

7. Defective or Damaged Products

Full refund with zero deductions for confirmed defective/damaged products. Customer is eligible for a full refund or replacement — no shipping deduction. A clear, continuous, uncut unboxing video is absolutely mandatory (same requirements as Section 3). Once defect is verified, the customer may ship the product back and claim reimbursement for return shipping charges incurred, with a valid shipping receipt/proof. The verified return shipping cost will be reimbursed in addition to the full refund, processed separately. This treatment applies only to confirmed defective/damaged products with valid video proof.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Only Bedsheets, Dohars, Quilts, and Bedcovers are eligible for return, subject to all conditions above.

The following are non-returnable under all circumstances:

• Any product other than Bedsheets, Dohars, Quilts, and Bedcovers (e.g., cushion covers, runners, accessories, etc.)
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Products without original tags/packaging
• Products that have been used or washed
• Products purchased during limited-time special occasion sales or promotional offers (e.g., Rakhi Sale, Diwali Offer, etc.)

Products purchased at a regular/standing discount (e.g., items listed under our Sale category) remain eligible for return under the conditions above.

International orders cannot be returned.(except if defective with the mandatory video)
