For summers, a Jaipuri Dohar is the best choice — it is lightweight, breathable and made from soft mulmul cotton with a hand block printed layer in between. Product Care
Machine wash cold with a mild detergent on a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach and do not tumble dry. Dry in shade to preserve the block print colours. First wash separately as slight colour bleeding is normal for natural dyes. If not mentioned to wash please dry clean.
Natural dye colours may soften slightly after the first few washes — this is normal and part of the charm of authentic hand block printing. To keep the colours vibrant for longer, always wash in cold water, use a mild detergent, avoid bleach completely, and dry in shade away from direct sunlight. Turning the fabric inside out before washing also helps preserve the print.
